Grave inconvenience by Vumatel as a service provider

We have had experienced an outage in Vorna Valley throughout the week and the problem hasn’t been fixed even today! This is a recurring problem for Vumatel as a service provider. They are the worst service providers because they chase for payments only and when there’s a technical problem, they take over two weeks just to solve the problem and when we call, they give us excuses only yet they want us to pay the full amount.
