Grassy Park/ Lotus River Fibre

Why is it that all the surrounding areas i.e. Diep River, Plumstead, Southfield, Retreat, Tokai, Fairways etc all have FTTH, but Grassy Park and Lotus River remains "fibreless"? I have asked a few companies like RSAWeb and Openserve who said that we have FTTC (Fibre to the curb) then copper from the ISAM to the home, what nonsense is this? When are scheduled to get fibre? Are we to ghetto to receive fibre? Are we getting fibre at all? *** is happening......
