Got the set-up...Now what???

<p>Vumatel, was great with the installation part of the service, it was quick and efficient. I had no hassles, none whatsoever. The only reason I am giving them a 3/5 rather than a 5/5 for great service is their customer service.</p> <p>They installed the device and informed me to activate it through means of a LAN cable (which I purchased); the connection will automatically open a “homepage” so that I may proceed from there.Plugged in the LAN cable….and Walla…nothing!</p> <p>I phoned them and the indicated that they are not an ISP provider, and for the device to effectively work, I need to get an ISP provider to set up and activate the device…problem is, apparently not all ISP providers do a “set-up and activate” for Vumatel; as if they are not recognised as a Vumatel ISP provider.</p> <p>Please do assist in this regard, and how I can move forward, as I use my internet not just for youtube, but also for work, which I do…to be able to pay for my internet, that I do not currently have.</p>
