Good review

Good day ....I've been on hello Peter platform for bad service and not getting any resolutions from companies....but I have to give thumbs up to vumatel for coming out and replacing my router than broke during loadshedding .I'm in Mitchell's plain and I called this morning and they just left ..when they did installation they were just as speedy to get me connected ..guys were professional and we'll represented...with everything that is going on in our country loadshedding is the a horrible thing ..what I'm trying to say is ..we all have been hit with faulty appliances and broken routers and even though we took out extra warranty or guarantee on our goods ..places don't want to assist or replace..so for vuma just to come and replace my router no questions asked...knowing that it's not their fault but still believe in honouring their customers and keeping them happy is very rare in the times that we are living inn.as I know you guys have massive genetars powering your towers ....but unfortunately at our home we all can't afford investors and generators so we don't see the hard work you guys are putting inn...thank you for your positive contribution to make it easier...and just food for thought...dont cancel your vuma because they didn't get there on time or took to long as they have a lot of Ppl having the same problem that you are having at the time ..and it will happen with other fibre connections as well....it's a national problem may 2023 be a blessed and prosperous year for all of us
