Good Fibre Speeds, Occasional Outages and No Notification

My experience with Vuma Fibre has been mostly positive. The Wi-Fi speed is fast and reliable, and when the service is running, everything works well for daily use. However, there are times when the network goes down for a few hours, and there is no notification sent to customers. This can be frustrating, especially when you rely on the internet for work or important tasks. That said, their WhatsApp support is responsive. When you reach out to them, they usually reply and explain what the issue is and provide updates. Communication could be improved by notifying customers in advance or during outages. Overall, good internet performance, but better outage communication would improve the experience.
