Good day Im disappointed with the way my query was handled

Good day Im disappointed with the way my query was handled . since last Thursday i didn't had network, when i logged a call i was taken from pillar to post , so i just wanted to know if my 5days will be reimbursed i we didint have any network. Please advice .
