Gladwin very unprofessional contact person at Vuma fiber customer care

i got home on Sunday and didn't have internet, lodged a ticket with Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom on Monday and i was told my Vuma service has been cancelled Vodacom said it was Vuma who cancelled it. Phoned Vuma they said it was cancelled blaming Vodacom. Phoned numerous times today only to get an agent called Gladwin, me being very frustrated asked to speak to someone with authority and he started telling how to speak on a call. by this stage i was fuming and he also was getting upset, he cannot understand my frustration. eventually Gladwin puts the phone down on me. IS THIS THE TYPE OF PERSON I NEED OR HAVE TO DEAL WITH. i still don't have internet. what will it take to get good service ............
