GIVE ME MY R999 BACK!!!

I cancelled my service and told them will be going on holiday will return the router upon return. The assistant said it's okay - then before you know it they deduct R999 from my account!! I returned the router (which was pretty much new with it's plastic still on) immediately upon return and still no correspondence or confirmation on when my money will be refunded. They are so soo quick to deduct money but can't offer a standard service.
