Get ready for regular problems and no way to solve them

I'm really frustrated with vumatel. No where is there anyway to contact them and I see no contact details on the site, they only link you to the various ISP's. However if there is a problem with their line then you just have to sit on your but and wait. You'll keep hearing from your ISP that they have logged a ticket with vumatel and turnaround time is 3 days. Better hope that doesn't fall on a weekend because we all know, nobody works on a weekend. If you ask them if they can put you through to vumatel to follow up on the ticket then they'll say they aren't allowed. It's such a pity that you don't really get a choice on which fibre provider I would use because it definitely won't be vumatel. Their lines have a new problem every week
