Get I get connected already - How hard is it

I have activated my fiber connection on the 26/05/2020 and to date I have been sitting with no internet. The installation has been completed however when I contact Afrihost it seems as if Vumatel has not activated my line. How hard can this really be for someone to sit without connectivity for four days. Then I receive an email from Afrihost advising that Vumatel has tried to call me and they cannot get hold of me yet I spoke to a consultant by the name of Kgaugelo. Sad thing is I have already paid
