Get "better fibre" connection and wait for days to have internet access

I called Vumatel on Tuesday morning and reported a problem since the previous day.. Until today, Wednesday morning, after call them 3 times and asked to urge to connect my internet, I am without internet. That means, 2 full days without internet.
