Furious Vumatel / Cell C

I am writing this out of absolute desperation - The worst service (and I'm using service for the lack of a better word as there is no customer service) my internet provided by Vumatel has been off for 7 days! The only response I receive is "we apologies for your inconvenience, a note is being made and the matter is being escalated" You always end up at a different call center and no contact details is given and NOBODY phones back to follow up or try resolve. Vumatel apparently has no contact numbers so I am stuck. I am furious that this is the level of customer service that is (NOT) provided to a client for more many years, whos account is paid up monthly without any issues! It is an absolute shame that we as customers have to resort to these measures in the hope that someone will start doing their work!
