Frustration with Vumatel

I have been out of connection for at least 9 days now and have created 2 tickets that were closed without fixing the issue . Spoke to Bulelwa Bula no sense of empathy sounding scripted talked over me while venting and the audacity to tell how I should act on the call . She never cared about my frustration just said she cannot help me further . Tshepang on the other hand told me the reason the tickets were and ask for alternative number and advised that he will check in later to see if engineers called.
