Frustration
I signed up with Vox months ago, in fact as soon as the fibre was in our suburb. The installation of white box etc is in and now weeks go by and nothing. Vox is frustrated too as they haven't been able to go ahead with their side of the deal. There is absolutely no communication from Vumatel as to what is happening. I have cancelled ADSL and mweb and now nothing. What's happing Vumatel? This is your fault!!! Pathetic and I believe owned by Telkom.. should I be surprised at poor service
