Frustrating response

I am so annoyed at the lack of interest or understanding of whats the matter from vumatels end.. For a few month's our line was not activated yet we paid.. Eventually a few days ago we called and a n agent said we can pay they will reactivate the line that was Saturday.. Today the technician came to our house and said the line has been cancelled. I am bwyond frustrated and need assistance asap.. Call my husband *** sanjay singh
