Frustrating Delays and Inconsistent Support from Vumatel

My fiber line has not been working since the 24th of December. A maintenance team was sent over, but they informed me that they couldn't help and that the issue is outside the yard, requiring an installation team. I have been waiting for Vumatel to send an installation team since the 30th of December 2024. I have reached out to them multiple times, and every time I contact them, I am given the run-around, and each person I speak to provides a different reason for the issue I am experiencing, with varying solutions offered each time.
