FRUSTRATING COVERAGE FROM VUMA

So the service or coverage is poor. I cannot watch soccer or anything in that matter. It just keeps on buffering. I contacted them with no success in fact it's hard to get hold of them it seems like HYPA. It's really frustrating. I stay in Arcata and Vuma is the only one in charge of fibre. they know that we haven't got any other options. If I have a problem like this, I have to wait for Monday to be assisted.
