FRUSTRATING and PATHETIC service from VUMATEL!!!!!

FRUSTRATING and PATHETIC!!!!! You cannot even speak to someone without them transferring you a 100 times and then the last person tells you something stupid. Vumatel does not seem like they know what they are doing...They came out to do an installation and could not complete it. I am trying to get them to come out and install and now they say that they cant find the "premise" whatever that means. I don't know what to do now. The ISP says that Vumatel is not assisting them because there is a duplicate order number which no one at Vumatel can explain. This is down right sickening deal with Vumatel.
