Frustrated with Vumatel

One of the most frustrating companies to work with! We ordered our home fiber line 2 weeks ago, the device came from the ISP company and they (Vumatel) came out to install it. I have everything however no internet and we are being told that the issue is on Vumatel's side, they need to fix something in the area - the difficult part is that there are no contact details for them and any website you try to search gives an error that the site is no longer available.
