Frustrated

I app**** and paid for the unlimited internet Fibre from Webafrica (vumatel). They promised to install the Fibre within 5working days after paying. I paid on the 28th of April and still no 1 contacted me for the installation. I'm working from home and I'm struggling. It's either the install or pay my money back
