After 7 days of hell (see my previous rants) I have been more than ably assisted and taken care of by Grace and Nadia. THIS IS WHAT SERVICE IS ABOUT. They took the time to listen to my issues, called back to check on progress when promised, ensured that a technician was assigned and that he delivered.
