From start to finish the assistance is fabulous

From start to finish the assistance is fabulous. Had a bit of time delay, but not with any staf. The call in and waiting on the phone is a bit frustrating as I was 5th in line and then jumped up to 17th🫣 Waiting on the phone definitely killes the positivity and costs a penny or 2 of airtime. Other than the call queue, ive been assissted quickly and been given prompt and professional service.
