Worst service, I agreed to pay my fibre subscription on the 25th of each month but ever since the **** down connection 5 to 7 days before the 25th. This month is worse. They forced me to pay on the 20th in Jan and today the 26th they decided to shut my connection. 9 days earlier? Soo it means I pay for only 20 days as opposed to the full month they promised? What the hell???

I agreed to pay on the 25th of each month but when I do my connection gets cut off on the 20th and when I started paying on the 20th now it gets cut of in the 26th? Is this fair? I now have to pay twice in one month? This is *****. Please go back and check how much you guys owe me cause this is really unfair
