***** and poor customer service

They have unprofessional technicians and consultants whereby they are here to rob people money with useless network with no coverage I’ve complained serveral times till now no feedback or help now I have power problem our electricity has weeks not working due to power outage and it won’t be fixed anytime soon I asked them to freeze or suspend my account since I don’t have electricity they rep**** saying they can’t do that then I asked for refund for the money debited for July they also said they can’t refund me back my money
