Fix the fibre, provide the service we pay for

From the start of using Vumatel as a service provider ,they have constantly been offline and trying to fix it within 4 hours, then the speed is wrong and for the past couple of days the Internet has been slow and buffering everything so much one can barely work online or watch anything. This is getting rediculous. But we are expected to pay for a ****py service every month on time, because don't you dare not pay through your ears for a service that cannot even be properly provided or fixed. Please do the job we pay for. Provide the service you offer. FIX THE FIBRE PLEASE. I am not the only one in my area that feels like this. Soon you will loose many clients.
