Fix the damn faulty line

For the last 2 weeks I have had no internet connection every time you contact vumatel and Vodacom it's same response they have escalated the ticket, for God's sake vumatel please dispatch a technician to fix faulty line by the way this is 5th time that line has gone down in Las 4 months and everytime a technician has to fix it
