Fix the connection problem! Please

Its been two days without connection, I have reported this matter yet the matter hasn't been fixed. This is poor service!! Worse i need the wifi for work. You guys are very quick to stop connection when payment is due but you are unable to fix this matter of connection!! Please fix this matter at diepkloof zone1.

Kindly note that I was speaking to the Agent via Whatsapp they told me there is a outage in my area. The router is showing a red light. On my phone it says contact the network provider
