Fix our cable asap?

I am so furious right now I don't even know where to start, vumatel had been digging around edenpark well around the 15 June the were digging and damaged the electricity cable and since the 16 June 2021 we have not had electricity at only our house. I called the municipality regarding this issue and I'm an not getting any assistance, guys we are in level 4 and I'm working from home do you have any idea how annoying it is having to ask my neighbors to work there or to even boil water so I can bath I sent a query on face book they said they would come back to me till today nothing now I am fed up fix your mess asap my address is 1 de soto street contact number ***
