Fix my driveway please Vumatel

I installed my line in February 2019. I have been waiting ever since for Vumatel to fix the tar in my driveway. I have phoned then 4 times and every time they tell me that a call has been logged and that i will be contacted to schedule a team to come and fix my driveway. I will then wait a month or so and phone them again, and again they make falls promises of contacting me. I am still waiting to be contacted. Their service or lack there of is shocking.
