Fibre you can't Trust

Vumatel "the trusted name in fibre" the only thing you can trust with them is that you will be down every 2 to 3 weeks for atleast 48 to 72 hours. For the last 4 months this has been non stop. And everytime it's the same technician sits outside my house and eats his lunch first and then looks at the box and drives off.
