FIBRE WITH MWEB & VUMATEL SHOCKING DONT USE THESE PROVIDERS

Vumatel and Mweb fibre installation. This is the 8th week with fibre managed by Vumatel and Mweb. Shocking shocking shocking!!!! I have never had so much frustration with wifi. Reset both devices and zero internet. Had new router installed and the connectivity is worse. I pay a good lot of money each month for this shocking service. I will be cancelling with both and I am just short of cutting the fiber wire cause that's what it is good for NOTHING!! Mweb your after sales service is much to be desired and as for VUMATEL well who are they install and never hear from them again. All this despite numerous calls to report the issue and emails to an address supp**** but no delivery to addresses!!!!not found!!! I think the best thing that's resulting from this is my next step..Carte Blanche will love this one. So will my legal with claims on the money paid monthly for a non existent service from both MWEB and VUMATEL. Oh and when I call to cancel on Monday I look forward to being 14th in the que for at least 45min - an hour ... Recommendation to new users and those considering the fibre option stay away from these two service providers. Telkom I rate you highly after many years of Adsl and good connectivity and after sales service. Hope as many hello peter readers get to read my post and take advice from my shocking fibre experience!
