Fibre service

Yesterday my internet cable broke (Vumatel guys said it was cut). I lodged a complaint with CellC, my ISP, and they, in turn, lodged a case with Vumatel. The repair crew was here early this morning, so early that I had to ask them to come later. They pitched exactly at arranged time, did the job perfectly and left in just over three hours. Extremely professional, polite and quick. Excellent show. Well done, Vumatel.
