Fibre problems!

Vumatel installed fibre at my home in October. Firestream was suppose to be the service provider, but they never delivered. Vumatel said that Firestream blocked the "line" now, so no other service provider can use it. In the beginning of February Vumatel said that they will come to install another box in the house to solve the problem. After numerous calls nothing happened. After 7 months still no use of the fibre!
