Hi am Nombulelo we have a fibre packege with vuma fibre we experiencing lot of problems it's been 4months never enjoyed our fibre they keep on saying the logged a ticket for our fibre to be fixed there technicians come and go without solving the problem we have right they not answering our calls we wanna know how or the must refund us if they can't fix there mess
