Fibre Pon blinking worst service afrihost and vuma

Pathetic service between afrihost and Vumatel they shift blame from one to another I first installed my fibre as at yesterday 27 June 2020 and then to say there's no router with it and yet the guys delivers a router after I boil frustration then I experience that they say my line was cut then I wait for a technician to repair after repairs my router is flashing a green light on the pon for hours on end I contact the isp afrihost and these people say they escalated to Vumatel coz they haven't activated my line and between back and forth calls from myself they say another 72hrs what kind of non existent service is this customer service shifts blame I just want this fibre to work that's it honestly the worst service ever between them and afrihost
