Fibre out in Florida - No Connection

Out in Florida since Thursday night, we are not getting updates from Vumatel. This is not professional and acceptable. I called my ISP Afrihost and they cannot give me an update or ticket number. When will the fibre connection be restored, I need my line for work and studies!
