FIBRE OF FOR 5 DAYS NO ETA AND FEEDBACK

Our lines have been down for over 5 days we dont get any feedback from Afrihost or Vumatel on what is happening and what the ETA is regarding this matter we paying clients and this is unecceptble, thisis acoulerd comminity and it seems like they dont care im sure if it was a diffrent area this matter would have been sorted on the day.I need info regarding this matter urgently
