Fibre not installed and payment apparently not appearing
I have been waiting for installation since beginning of last month and my fiber has not been installed. been told about 14 day SLA. Next thing m told my PAYMENT IS PENDING ON VUMA SITE. ITS BEEN 25 DAYS. The service I have gotten is very poor. Secondly they don't even communicating. That time I needed that installation quickly

05 Dec 2023, 11:20Firstly I was not alerted when it was cancelled. i had to ask.
Secondly i was told my payment will be confirmed today. still not done
3rdly the payment was done same day on the 11th of November yet its rejected and the company takes a whole month to confirm within finance that payment is made?
Now i must wait 48 to 5 working days to get this fixed.
