Fibre line not connected yet

Been a week without Fibre supposed to activate it 5 days ago as had an appointment. Vumatel came 5 days ago and said a 2nd person must come to activate. Contacted the 2nd person he said will come later as finishing a job. Didn’t hear from him and called him and said he was too busy to come. I have been trying for the last couple of days to get them back to finish and been contacting Cool Ideas and they say they have escalated it but to date no word from Vumatel. Very unhappy with their service!
