Fibre line installation keeps failing and being re-logged.

I am having a very bad experience getting my Fibre line installed.

My Fibre area went live on the 21st of July , I pre-ordered a fibre line on the 19th of July. I was then notified by my ISP that Vumatel accepted the order on the 22nd of July.

Starting from the 22nd of July I was in the installation phase which is 14 days. After 9 days of waiting to be phoned by Vumatel to schedule an installation date I decided to contact them to follow up. There is just no way of getting in contact with them and my ISP does not have any information on why they are not calling me.

I eventually got in contact with Vumatel through Facebook messenger which is the only good experience I have had with them hence the 2 stars rating as they respond to me at least. They told me my order was rejected but I was never notified of this and they kept stating my ISP will provide the reason for the failure. My ISP showed me the reason for failure was "duplicate order" but neither could tell me why that happened as I only have one order by my knowledge.

My ISP then relogged the fibre order on a new VC number on the 30th of July and then after waiting another 12 days on the same installation phase I followed up with my ISP and was then told the 2nd order failed again with no reason why from Vumatel and the fibre was relogged again!

The fibre is urgent for work as I work from home and its now been 3 weeks after my order was originally placed and I am 100% back to square one as every time my order gets relogged I have to start the 14 days wait time all over.

My main issue is the complete lack of information on why my order keeps failing hence I cannot try to resolve it, and that they themselves do not give feedback on that, my second issue is that you are never notified of these failures, if you don't contact them you are in the dark.

I am still waiting for the fibre line to be installed and I am on my 3rd relogged order with no idea why its failing.
