FIBRE ISSUES

I have fibre through SADV and from November 20th my line has been off for days on end. There is no one to talk to, they messenger operators give you an update and never a solution. The technician that fixed my line 28th Not was there for another house and SADV did not listen my house even though I had an issue from the 22nd.

I had to pay full premium for Dec and it worked 1 day was off the whole of last weekend and was fixed Tuesday cause I took down the technicians number since SADV is useless. Its Thurs of the same week my network is messed up again. Dont waste your money with this company going back to wifi Cell C was reliable
