fibre issue
1st i didnt even know SADV was bought over by VUMA, Call was log on the 15th due to Fibre being down, i called SADV and they confirm this was a general issue, yesterday Vuma closed my saying the issue was fixed, so i called Vuma and told them my issue was not resolved and then they told me i need to contact Web africa to log a new call, im still down and the issue has not been resolved, Webafrica and SADV/Vuma are such a issue from a service and support role.

I need urgent help with the following call that was logged, im getting billed with for a 20mb and im using a 10mb, i keep calling webafrica and they tell me they have been escalatating this issue to VUMA and yet still nothing, im shocked with the support from VUMA.
