Fibre installer options would be great as Vumatel can't deliver

I ordered fibre through Rocketnet, but after an onsite assessment, was told there isn't fibre into our complex and Vumatel will have to refer it to their planning department. More than a month later no feedback is received, and to add insult to injury, the complex next to us, with the same name, already has their fibre, it was just not installed to our side of the complex.
