Fibre Installation Work Absolutely SHOCKING!!

We have been waiting to get our fibre lines fixed and to mount it on the paving. Last week the technician was late and then did not have all the tools. Today a different team came to complete the installation who also did not have all the tools. The team did the worst job possible. The lines are mounted against the wall after we wanted it to be mounted on top of the paving. The technician said its mounted against the wall because the dogs can walk on it and damage it. It's absolutely ridiculous. There is no way a dog can break it!!! I have reached out to the service delivery manager several times today with no response. I am requesting a Regional Manager to contact me TOMORROW!!!!! We are extremely disappointed with the service and the job is of the poorest of the poorest quality.
