Fibre Installation
I have been waiting for the installation of my fibre line since I had made an application for the installation end of October 2020. I am being sent from pillar to post every time I request feedback , I am actually very disappointed.

I have stated that the address that I stay at is not a stand alone house , but rather there are 8 rental units in this address. One of the units already has fiber installed and when I try to place my order I am being told that there is already a line that is blocking my order , even after I have stated that the residence comprises of 8 units.
Kindly assist as I am frustrated already.
