Fibre installation

This company's contractors don't follow any regulations as stated by Vuma before a fibre installation, they came over to install and no Covid safety regulations were followed. They installed the fibre and it was incomplete, stating that their maintenance team will come and finish the job. There's no explanation or details as to why the installation is incomplete, I have no internet access since day of installation. Poor customer service they hardly answer their phones and have no sense of urgency. It's truly appalling because their advertising and marketing is on point but the actual service is very poor.
