Fibre installation and support sucks!

Absolutely no support. New fibre line struggled a month to get the line working. Now it has been a week since installation and config and it is still not working. When it works, speed only half of what I pay for. And they don't work on weekend. Escalation escalation and nobody phones back as promised.
