FIBRE INSTALLATION

I hope that you're well, I have a problem with fibre installation at 154 Jones Street, Dube Village, Soweto that I paid on the 7th of October and I was told that your agents will pitch up on the 12th of October but they never did, when I send a text on WhatsApp all your technicians ask me to send my details but don't help me they all just lie and say I'll be contacted to be given installation date within 5days, that 5days passed without getting any call from your company then I texted again and they referred me to someone else saying that I'll be contacted within 24-48hours, these days also passed without being contacted now they're saying that I'll be contacted next week, they just keep lying and it's frustrating because I really need the fibre.
