Fibre installation

I ordered fibre and in a few days the guys came to install, they were very professional. The same guys told me that the other company is supposed to bring the device (ISP). The next day i received messages from Courier guy, the driver's name - Simon, he was supposed to be delivering the router. The very same day when i checked using my reference HCP*** the parcel was showing as delivered. I called Vumatel call center on Wednesday 24th to find out where my parcel was? And till this date 27th January no one's bothered to respond to me. I hope i will not be debited as i still have no connection.
