I have paid and placed an order and they don't even bother to call and confirm what is happening, my ISP has stated that they are waiting for Vuma and even though I have told them countless times that I'm working from home, they still don't care. I'm not even a new client, I am their existing client just that I moved. Vuma I want my service installed ASAP since I know you don't do any refunds
